Reservation:
All reservations, confirmations, amendments and cancellations are required to send directly to the hotel’s reservations department either via fax or email at:

Check-in and Check-out:
+ Official check-in time is at 2pm and check out time is at 12.00 noon.
+ For any FITs or GITs require to check in prior 08:00am, the room(s) must be reserved from previous day at the applicable of full night charge. For early check in after 08:00am and before 02:00pm, 50% of room charge per night will be applied. Both of these facilities are subject to availability based on the arrival patterns at the hotel on the day.
+ For any FITs or GITs require a late check-out up to 06:00pm, 50% of room charge per night will be applied. For late check out after 06:00pm, 100% of room charge will be applied. Both of these facilities are subject to availability based on the arrival patterns at the hotel on the day.
Cancellation:
The hotel reserves the right to impose the following cancellation:
+ For GIT booking from 7rooms:
3 days prior to arrival – One night’s stay charge for all confirmed rooms.
+ For FIT booking less than 7 rooms:
1 days prior to arrival – One night’s stay charge for all confirmed rooms.
All cancellations must be received by hotel, in writing via telex, email, telephone or fax message.
No show or Early Departure: One night’s stay charge for all confirmed rooms.
Children Policies:
+ Extra bed is not available
+ Free baby cot.
+ Child under 6 years old is FOC and included breakfast when sharing bed with parent (maximum 1 free child per room). Extra child will be charged at 250.000VND.
+ Child from 6 to 10 years old and sharing bed with parent is chargeable at 250.000VND per child, included breakfast)
